Your responsibilities

• Preparation of static calculations including fatigue analyses for steel and stainless steel structures in the field of doors and gates, including strength and stability analyses for thin-walled components ≥ 1,5 mm sheet thickness
• Creation of documentation in German and English
• Design and verification according to applicable standards and regulations, e.g. Eurocodes
• Development of economically and technically optimized solutions in coordination with design and project management.
• Support in clarifying technical details with clients, architects and testing engineers.
• Support of projects from planning to assembly, as well as participation in product development and system optimization.

Your profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, e.g., statics, structural engineering or steel construction, or comparable qualification
• Experience in the static calculation of steel structures
• Proficient use of common calculation and CAD programs
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
• Ideally, qualification as a welding engineer SFI/EWE/IWE

Your responsibilities

• Professional installation of special doors and gates, as well as the associated components and fittings, directly at our customers' premises.
• Support during commissioning and functional testing of the installed systems.
• Carrying out repair, maintenance and servicing work on existing door and gate systems.
• Close collaboration with the project management and the adjacent specialist departments.

 

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field, e.g. as a metalworker, locksmith, plant mechanic or in a comparable field.
• Ideally, professional experience in the assembly of doors, gates, steel structures or similar products.
• Craftsmanship skills as well as an independent and reliable work ethic.
• Driving licence class B, ideally also BE, C and CE (the acquisition of class BE can be done through us)
• Willingness to travel for regional and nationwide assignments including overnight stays.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and nights.

As a painter, you will be responsible for all tasks related to the painting of steel doors and gates. In our paint shops, you will play a key role, not only applying modern painting techniques but also being responsible for the careful preparation, cleaning, and precise hanging and unhanging of the parts to be painted on the overhead conveyor system.

During the painting process, you continuously monitor the coating according to quality standards.

 

Your tasks

• Painting of steel doors and gates as well as steel components
• Preparation, cleaning, hanging and removing the parts
• Coating control according to specifications
• Painting with a spray gun

 

Your profile

• Completed training as a painter/industrial painter or comparable training
• Experience in wet coating of metal parts
• Ideally a crane operator’s license
• Conscientious and independent working style
• Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure machine quality
