ready-steady-job – a simulation game for job interviews with “real” companies
The role-playing game is conducted for 9th-grade students. The project aims to better prepare students for the job market and its demands. During the event, the process of a job interview is practiced. The students come to the community center with application materials and appropriate attire and conduct simulated job interviews with "real" companies. Afterwards, they receive direct feedback on their presentation, their application materials, and their motivation for their desired profession. With a good presentation, there is a real possibility of securing an apprenticeship.
