Your area of responsibility:
- Processing of tenders including associated documents
- Independent quotation and order calculation
- Review of the technical feasibility of the services tendered
- Inquiries about material prices and subcontractor services
- Quantity and cost determination
- Preparation and conduct of final discussions to finalise the offers
- Timely preparation and submission of complete tender documents
- Participation in award and bid discussions as well as price negotiations
- Creating supplementary offers
Your profile:
- Completed business studies or completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in calculation desirable
- Knowledge of construction contract law (VOB/BGB) is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Team player with strong communication skills
