The tasks as a digitalization management assistant are extremely diverse, as the training covers two completely different areas: First, you will acquire extensive knowledge of computers, servers, software, and programming. This includes the provision and support of software and hardware in day-to-day business, the digitalization and optimization of process steps, and the maintenance of IT infrastructure.
This includes the IT aspect of the training. You will also learn a wide range of commercial skills, such as accounting, costing, and sales. This mix makes the apprenticeship extremely diverse and varied, which is particularly important in today's world.
