Special features of the FAA

Hodapp FAA lifting element (FAA-H):

Hodapp's FAA lifting elements are single- or double-leaf, vertically closing fire barriers for wall openings in rail-bound conveyor systems. Depending on customer requirements, the products can be used with separate or continuous conveyor systems. The design complies with DIN 4102 T5 approval and is classified according to DIN 4102-5. The element closes from top to bottom and remains in an open basic position. In the event of a fire, the lifting element closes, preventing the fire from spreading through the conveyor system.

Hodapp FAA sliding element (FAA-S):

The robust sliding elements are particularly suitable for overhead conveyors and especially for multiple conveyor sections. The fully sheet-clad slider is based on a sandwich construction with multiple fire protection panels, which are required to meet the required fire resistance. The closures can close either from right to left or from left to right, thus allowing maximum flexibility for our customers.

Hodapp FAA rotating element (FAA-D):

The third product variant in the conveyor system closure group is the rotating elements. As extremely space-saving, rotating door closures, they are particularly well-suited for tight installation situations. For continuous conveyor systems, special half-shell recesses are incorporated into both door leaves, which securely enclose the continuous conveyor rail when closed. The elements can be reopened manually or motorized.
