Safety-relevant construction projects

HSL – Hodapp multifunctional sliding door

The construction project

Our customers demand high security standards but at the same time visually appealing doors. A bullet-resistant door should look like a conventional sliding glass door to the outside observer.

From the inside, however, the solid, stable door conveys a feeling of security. Due to the constantly increasing demands on security, further special solutions in this area can be expected in the future.

Product-specific requirements for doors:

  • Bullet resistance FB4 NS
  • Burglar resistance RC3

Potential areas of application:

  • Police stations
  • Jewelers
  • Authorities and government buildings
  • Banks
  • Embassies

This groundbreaking development is the result of close cooperation with leading industry partners and underlines our continuous pursuit of the highest levels of security and quality.

The heart of this innovation lies in the use of high-quality materials and advanced technologies.

The combination of a specially manufactured door leaf, bullet-resistant glass, automatic sliding door drive and an automatic multi-point locking system from Gilgen ensures that our doors offer massive protection and are visually appealing at the same time.
