Based on our existing and generally valued product portfolio, consisting mainly of solid steel doors, we developed a new, future-oriented door system made of aluminum.
This high-quality door solution has been specially developed for demanding applications such as factory-finished AC stations (walk-in and non-walk-in) to ensure optimum safety and durability in operation.

Made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, the TrafoAl series offers exceptional stability with minimal maintenance. The aluminum construction is characterized by a flush, 2 mm double-walled design (surface: matt, anodized, E6EV1). The closures can be flexibly configured: They can be manufactured as a single-wing or double-wing variant or as a fixed ventilation grille.
Due to its high resistance to external influences such as moisture and mechanical stress, it is particularly suitable for environments with special safety requirements.

A special swivel lever lock and precisely installed internal door hinges offer the highest level of protection against unauthorized access. HODAPP places great value on flexibility and customization options: Depending on the customer's wishes, the door can be equipped with puncture-proof ventilation slats (geometric ventilation cross-section 43%, optionally also with fly wire arranged on the inside), as well as special security locks with panic functions and double locks. The door lock at 90 degrees, as well as expandable grounding options and optional pressure relief slats made of extruded aluminum profiles ensure trouble-free use.

The frame is installed as standard using dowels on the reveal side; it is also possible to install the frame in the prepared formwork at the manufacturing plant. The direct casting of the frame saves both installation time and costs; at the same time, the direct connection of the frame to the concrete walls guarantees maximum durability.
