Your area of responsibility:
- Planning, organizing, and conducting technical training in the metalworking profession (instructions, rotation/deployment plans, workshop organization)
- Providing professional and personal support to trainees; learning progress and development discussions, exam preparation
- Collaboration with schools, chambers of commerce and educational partners; expansion of school partnerships; participation in trade fairs/workshops; taking on production-specific tasks to support our production processes
- Manufacturing of assemblies for our products
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in the metal sector (master or technician) is an advantage
- Practical experience in metal manufacturing (e.g., MAG/TIG, sheet metal processing, CNC bending/laser cutting); drawing reading, measuring/testing technology
- Trainer aptitude test (AEVO) available or willingness to acquire it with us
- Pedagogical skills, clear communication, structured working methods; proficiency in MS Office, German at least at C1 level
